A corridor is a combination in the form of two bets that are placed in different bookmakers by the same player. All data on both bets placed must go to the outcomes with mutually exclusive results, that is, the bet must win in case of a positive outcome, the second – in case of a negative result. In this case, there is a situation in which the player will win at least one bet in any case. But, at the same time, there is a possibility that both bets will be winning, such a result is based on the use of the middle, that is, the difference between the handicap and totals.

As an example, the following game conditions can be cited. One bet is placed on a total of more than 2 goals, the second on a total of less than 2.5 goals, that is, the results are mutually exclusive, but there is a difference. If 2 goals are scored during the match, then the bet that was placed on the total under 2.5 will be the winner. But at the same time, the player made a second bet on 2 goals, which means a win for both events. In this case, the coefficient is usually 1, which is quite enough for the player to remain in a big win, thanks to such a situation as a corridor. That is, if you win both bets, you can count on super profits, which is not the case with regular bets.

If only one of the bets wins in the above example, then the other will lose, but the amount received will fully compensate for the loss. In this case, the corridor allows the player to avoid financial losses and even make some profit.

In essence, the corridor can be compared to a surebet, but the profit in this case is not included in the difference in odds used, which is not there, but in the difference in the values of handicaps and totals, which is more effective. Unlike a regular surebet, in which the player always makes a profit, the corridor is not. A player can not receive any profit at all for a long time, but when triggered, it will be a super profit. A big advantage is that when only one bet is triggered, the player is not left at a loss – the second bet fully covers the costs.
